ACCELERATION, a character-driven feature documentary follows subjects whose work is intimately entwined with technology and the Singularity, the moment at which artificial intelligence could surpass human intelligence and make itself increasingly smarter, possibly within our lifetime. The film focuses on the work of the Singularity Institute, an organization dedicated to protecting humans from future technology.
